During this conversation, we’ll discuss your preferred dates, group size, location, and the overall vision for your experience.

This step ensures we understand your needs before anything is booked.

Once details are confirmed, our reservationist will lock in your dates and collect a setup deposit.

This deposit officially opens your reservation and allows us to begin planning and coordinating your event.

After your reservation is secured, decide how payments will be handled:

Organizer Pays: One person covers the full cost for all tents and add-ons.

Individual Payments: Each participant pays for their own tent or shared space through a private payment link.

Customize Your Experience

Select your site upgrades and enhance your stay with optional add-ons such as glamping upgrades, comfort bundles, games packages, dining setups, or celebration décor.

The day before your event, our team arrives to prepare your entire campsite.

When you arrive, everything is already set up — tents, layout, and selected upgrades — so you can settle in, relax, and enjoy your adventure without lifting a finger.

Easy Departure & Full Clean-Up

When your stay comes to an end, there’s nothing extra for you to manage. Our team returns to handle the full breakdown and clean-up of your campsite. Tents, layouts, and any selected add-ons are packed up with care, leaving the site just as it was before your arrival.

You simply gather your personal belongings, enjoy a smooth departure, and head home — no packing, no hauling gear, and no stress.
