Once details are confirmed, our reservationist will lock in your dates and collect a setup deposit. This deposit officially opens your reservation and allows us to begin planning and coordinating your event.

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Option

After your reservation is secured, decide how payments will be handled:

  • Organizer Pays: One person covers the full cost for all tents and add-ons.

  • Individual Payments: Each participant pays for their own tent or shared space through a private payment link.
